Almost Here

WARNING LABEL:   This will be a long post with lots of photos and very little commentary.  It will also include people who are not part of my immediate family, which is a bit unusual.

The specific reason for this parade of pictures is to show off a little.  And to share our exciting news!  For anyone in my life that doesn’t know this, we are moving!  No, not our family (we just did that, remember).  Our other home is moving… CrossPointe.  It has been in the works for months and I can hardly believe that tomorrow is the day we will have our first service in our new location.

We realize that it is just a building and our perspective will continue to appropriately focus on pointing people to the Cross & doing life together for the glory of God.  BUT… it is still exciting :).    So here you go, these photos were taken today.

Brad’s dad came for the big weekend.

Kitchen before.

Kitchen Magic Makers.

Kitchen After (nice, huh?… and I didn’t even get a shot of the organized cabinets).

Random CrossPointe folks working hard.  I didn’t get a pic of everyone there today so my apologies to those not getting any credit ;).

Cute Kids Rooms:

Abe gets to go under the sea in his room.

And this one is Arabella’s room… she is thrilled about going to Space every week :).

And even cuter kid 😉 , “watering” the flowers.

Here is the child’s toy that took FOUR women TWO hours to assemble.  Yikes!  Please tell me, Becca Fincher, Kim Andrews, and Ashley Alford how cute you think it is.

And the kids hall, just because it is so roomy and has cool signs (that you can’t really see in this photo).

The Stage.  I have no idea why I don’t have a photo of the whole sanctuary other than because it is so big my flash doesn’t do it justice & I was too lazy to switch to manual mode… you got me, I’m not a real photographer.

I am anxiously awaiting a wonderful, fun day tomorrow as we do what we do as a church, but do it in a different place.  To God be the Glory!
