What’s for dinner?

If you are in Belize, the answer is probably CHICKEN!  Take note: this is how to assure that you never have to worry about that pesky “sell by” date again.  First, pick up your dinner at the local store and carry it out in a convenient carrying apparatus (right arm).

Then allow this dinner a few last playful moments with your wife and baby before carrying it home and spending the better part of an afternoon getting it ready to put in the pot (no details here for those on the squimish side).

And to think, I do the mental eyeroll when I have to defrost my deboned Sam’s Club chicken breasts in the Microwave instead of remembering to put it in the fridge the night before.

  1. well it is nice that the chicken is fresh this way. I am worry but I don’t think I will be able to eat it after playing with it.
